Bill aims to ban statewide sale of flavored tobacco products

DENVER — A bipartisan group of Colorado lawmakers has introduced a bill to ban the sale of flavored nicotine products in the state. The bill comes in the wake of an attempt by the city of Denver to make a similar move that passed but was then vetoed by Mayor Michael Hancock. The TGA has today published a revised TGA advertising permission allowing pharmacies and pharmacy marketing to groups to promote, through certain media, that they are able to dispense nicotine vaping products (such as nicotine e-cigarettes, nicotine pods and liquid nicotine) on prescription.
