Quitting smoking between ages 45-54 still reduces the risk of cancer by a significant 78%, while doing so between ages 55-64 cuts it by 56%. A study conducted by researchers from several Italian and Spanish universities indicates that antibodies induced by Covid-19 vaccines decrease faster in people who smoke.
